Respecting listed property requirements

Depending on your property and its listing requirements, you’ll need a landscaping specialist who understands how to manage any controls on design and build. Listing might mean that there are more restrictions to your home, often extending to any outbuildings on your land, and including permanent features such as boundary walls. It’s also possible that you may have trees with a Tree Protection Order.

But many listed property owners create beautiful gardens and landscapes - by working with the right support to achieve a finished garden that complements their home - and so can you. We can initiate and progress any relevant planning application, liaise with listing authorities, and work with your architects and interior designers to make sure your outdoor space reflects your style.
